ContemporaryRecruiter.com Terms and Conditions of Use/Content Agreement

The following terms and conditions are important things that you should know before using or accessing ContemporaryRecruiter.com. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using any part of ContemporaryRecruiter.com or any of the products or services offered by or through ContemporaryRecruiter.com, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use ContemporaryRecruiter.com.

ContemporaryRecruiter.com is a free site. To receive our newsletters via email, you will need to fill out a subscription form. ContemporaryRecruiter.com respects the privacy of its visitors. ContemporaryRecruiter.com does not collect any personal information through the web site without the knowledge of the visitor. Subscribers will be required to enter valid contact data.

As a ContemporaryRecruiter.com member you may receive a minimum of 1 piece of email such as our newsletters or announcements once a week. You may also receive our HR Promotions mailstreams, which is a direct advertising mailout from one or more of our valued Advertisers. As part of your free membership, there is a mandatory requirement to subscribe to our HR Promotions mailouts. You will however still have the option to remove yourself from these mailouts whenever you wish. Unsubscribing from our HR Promotions mailstream will deactivate your membership and to our newsletters. Any articles, company profile or directory listing that you submitted to ContemporaryRecruiter.com will be removed.

Cancellation Policy
There may be products and services on ContemporaryRecruiter.com that have fees or charges associated with them. It is assumed that individuals who buy or pay for these services are fully aware of what they are buying/purchasing and that they have read all documentation (product descriptions, advertising, etc.) regarding the product, service, membership, etcetera, to have made that choice. The cancellation policy of other products, services, etcetera that appear on ContemporaryRecruiter.com but are offered by other companies or individuals, are the sole responsibility of those companies or individuals. ContemporaryRecruiter.com does not assume any liability or any sort resulting in the purchase of those particular products, services, etcetera and does not endorse the purchase of the same.

There are no refunds whatsoever for advertising purchased on ContemporaryRecruiter.com.

Third Party Services
