A graduate of the University of South Florida, Aime now resides in Orlando and continues bring excellence to the Legal Recruiting industry.
Christopher joined Criterion in 2007, and has spent the past 9 years as a Staffing Professional.
A former Recruiter, Account Manager and Regional Vice President for a large national staffing firm, Christopher has managed businesses focused in Information Technology, Finance & Accounting and IT Infrastructure Project Management.
Prior, Christopher served as a career U.S. Marine Corps Officer in Infantry and Intelligence positions, attaining the rank of Major, and settling in Tampa in 1997 during his last tour of active duty with the U.S. Special Operations Command.
Born in Napa and raised in the Northwest, David moved to Tampa in 1986 and has spent 20+ years developing relationships within the local business community. With a career as a Sales Manager / Trainer / Coach for companies including Wells Fargo, Countrywide, HSBC, and Capital One, David has a history of helping fortune 500 companies cultivate new markets and fostering the development of both new and existing staff.
David joined Criterion in 2008 to help expand the IT and Healthcare divisions, bringing over a decade of experience in Sales, Management, and Market Development, along with an impressive IT recruiting background.
David possesses strong influencing and communication skills which enable him develop client relationships and deliver results. A history of excellent pre / post-customer service and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills help provide complete solutions to meet the needs of business partners.
David joined the team at Criterion in 2004 and has been a strong asset to the Insurance division. David was introduced to the recruiting industry while still in college and realized that he wanted a profession that would allow him to utilize good human resource and communication skills. David's abilities to think outside of the box and solve problems have ultimately attributed to his success as a Recruiter. Prior to joining Criterion, David worked in Orlando as a Healthcare Recruiter while simultaneously attending the University of Central Florida. His Recruiting experience has spanned multiple industries including, but not limited to, Property and Casualty Insurance, Accounting/Finance and Healthcare. David is actively involved with the Tampa Association of Insurance Professionals. He takes great pride in his profession, and strives to attain and maintain the highest of standards as a recruiter.
Eli joined Criterion in 2008 from T Rowe Price in Tampa, and currently serves as an IT Recruiter. Prior to joining Criterion Eli worked in the Financial and Insurance industries with T Rowe Price as a Financial Advisor, JP Morgan Chase as the Manager of Foreign Exchange, Humana in Medicare Sales, and The Hartford as a Claims Adjuster. He possesses his Series 7, 6, and 63 Licenses through the SEC and was formerly an All Lines Insurance Adjuster. Eli possesses an in depth knowledge of IT owing to his ongoing studies at The University of Tampa in Information Technology, allowing him to effectively communicate Criterion's clients' needs to qualified candidates.
Gene Guernsey, CPC, has over twenty-five years of recruiting experience, the last fifteen of which have been in Physician/Healthcare Recruitment. After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1983, Gene began his recruiting career with a Tampa area management recruiting firm. While in graduate school at the University of South Florida, Gene worked for a prominent national management consulting firm as the Regional Director of Recruitment. He has worked with, managed and owned direct and contract placement concerns in Tampa, Atlanta and Raleigh. Gene acts as the Senior Recruiter in the Physician Recruitment division of Criterion's Healthcare Recruiting team. Additionally, his ties to the senior living healthcare industry and within the correctional medicine community provide Criterion with two important areas of healthcare recruitment specialization.
Glenn Winograd has been in the recruiting business since 1984, beginning his career as a recruiter shortly after graduating from the University of Florida. His first job in the recruiting industry was with one of the country’s largest privately held recruiting firms in New York City. In 1988 he joined Criterion Executive Search, Inc. and formed their Insurance Division. Glenn, who is a C.P.C. is considered to be one of the top insurance recruiters in the Tampa Bay area and has been widely quoted in the local newspapers as well as the Wall Street Journal on employment issues. He also serves on numerous boards and organizations.
Ira has been an Executive Recruiter with Criterion since 1998, where he began in Manufacturing and Foundry units before joining the Insurance Division. His prior professional experience includes holding the title of Corporate Credit Officer for a major manufacturer, and manager-owner of several large Restaurants in New York and Maryland. Ira is a United States Navy Vietnam Combat Veteran and is a graduate of the City University of New York, Brooklyn campus, with a Bachelors Degree in Economics. Ira has also served as a member of the American Arbitration Association, and is presently involved in local philanthropic endeavors.
Jennye is a veteran of the Property and Casualty industry, having served in several key positions since the early '90s. Following college, she worked as a Marketing Territory Manager and an Agency Development Representative for a large National Insurance Company, and played a key role in the successful merger of two major insurance entities in the late '90s. Upon relocating to Florida in 1999, she chose to begin working as a recruiter in order to help others identify successful career opportunities. Jennye joined the Insurance Team at Criterion in 2003. She has a BA in Advertising and Marketing from the University of Kentucky, an AS in Crime Scene Technology from St. Petersburg College, and is a Licensed All-Lines Adjuster in Florida. Jennye also serves on the Board of Directors for the West Coast Claims Association and the Tampa Bay University of Kentucky Alumni Association. She also maintains active involvement in the Workers Compensation Claims Professional Association, the Property & Casualty Claims Professional Association and the Florida Staffing Association. She is presently pursuing both her CIC and CPC designations.
Mark is an experienced Executive Recruiter who joined the Criterion family in 1998 as a key member of the Insurance Division. Prior to joining Criterion, Mark had enjoyed a successful career in management and developed a keen sense of an individual’s abilities and where those abilities could be best put to use. During Mark’s tenure with Criterion, he has been the recipient of numerous awards and has gained recognition with his peers and constituents. Mark is very active in his community, and participates in several charitable events each year.
Melody has been an integral member of the Insurance Division since 2001. She joined the team after a successful career in Property and Casualty Underwriting for both a large National Carrier and a global Retail Agency. A native of Florida, Melody focuses on the South Florida territory, where her ethics and hard work have earned her a reputation that supercedes all others. Melody is very active in her community and serves as Treasurer of her neighborhood association. While at Criterion, Melody has received several sales awards, including Rookie of the Year and is repeatedly a top producer.
Mike, who joined the Criterion team in 2007 after a successful recruiting and sales career in Tampa, attributes his success in the recruiting industry to his mentors (Scott Nix, who trained Mike from scratch in 2002, and Chris Planeta Criterion's current VP, Information Technology Division), attention to details for clients and candidates, and never giving up. A graduate of The University of South Florida, Mike works within a vast local network of IT professionals, which plays a vital role in Criterion's mission.
Prior to joining Criterion Executive Search in 2009, Mike worked as a Healthcare Recruiter for a local healthcare recruiting company. In that capacity, Mike was responsible for handling the Tampa and Southeast US healthcare recruiting function for the company. Mike specializes in Management, Nurse Management and Allied Healthcare recruiting for the Healthcare Management Recruitment Division of Criterion. Mike's knowledge in Healthcare Recruiting allows him to effectively communicate with Criterion's clients' needs for qualified candidates. Mike graduated from the University of South Florida in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. A native of Indiana, Mike is an enthusiastic Colts and Hoosier fan.

Tom brings over 30 years of Property and Casualty experience to his candidates and clients alike, and thoroughly understands the growing demands of an ever-increasing global marketplace. Tom, a licensed General Lines Agent in Florida, is a graduate of LaSalle University and served as a Lieutenant in the United States Army.
