Software Defined Radio (SDR) experience Active Top Secret clearance (desired); minimum Secret is required MS in Electrical Engineering (desired); BS in Electrical Engineering is required10 years experience in developing military communications systems Development of communications processing electronics capable of supporting encryption, PKI, or other processing at network speed Integration and testing of communication systems including radio, processing, antenna, amplifications, and power IP networking hardware EMI (MIL STD 462) and TEMPEST testing Systems engineering (requirements, integration, testing) of communications hardware Experience with complex communications architectures including Satellites and MANET
